My Office
Hi, I’m Trey!
I am a holistic practitioner who works with adults, teens, and couples from a mind-body-spirit framework. My passion lies in helping clients uncover and integrate trauma stored in the body, using somatic and polyvagal-informed approaches. I am trained in EMDR, a modality shown to be highly effective in processing traumatic memories and alleviating distress.
In addition, I incorporate tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness, and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to meet each individual’s unique needs.
For couples, I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) — a direct, compassionate, and accountability-focused model that helps partners identify relational patterns, confront core wounds, and build more truthful, connected, and respectful relationships.
I also offer ketamine integration therapy — working with clients who have undergone ketamine treatment (through a prescribing provider or clinic) to help them explore and process their experiences. These post-session integration sessions support clients in translating insights from altered states of consciousness into meaningful and lasting change in daily life.
I believe in the importance of fully witnessing and honoring our emotions as they arise in the present day. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that healing begins when we develop a more authentic relationship with ourselves.
I have helped many clients shift from patterns of self-sabotage and disconnection toward more regulated, meaningful, and empowered ways of being. I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal accountability while holding space for deep compassion and healing.
