Since 2007, I’ve been helping clients reach their goals. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed treatment modalities of Trauma-Focused CBT and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
