My fee is $150 per session.

Hi, I’m Jessica!

I see the body, mind, and spirit as interweaving systems that communicate and inform one another and believe it is beneficial to work holistically to support my clients. I transitioned from a career in pharmacy to leading yoga and mindfulness practices, and now I love my work as a therapist. I believe there is power in acceptance and mindfulness practices, but also that there are times when it is helpful to work on shifting our behaviors and actions. I also believe it can be therapeutic for some people to explore body-based support in combination with talk therapy, and I integrate somatic experiencing principles and practices into my work with clients.

In my free time, I enjoy moving my body with jiu jitsu, yoga, rock climbing, and kickboxing. I also enjoy taking in live music throughout the city. I dig supporting local coffee shops and exploring new ones when I travel (another love!).

Please feel free to reach out to me to learn more about my approach and to see if we might be a good fit to work together. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. You may contact me directly at jessica@innerbalanceatlanta.com or 404-500-6279.
